We are open Monday to Saturday from 10am until 15 minutes after commencement of the last screening. Sunday’s we are open one hour before the first film commences until 15 minutes after commencement of the last screening.

If you have a disability you are entitled to receive 50% discount off full price seats. Should you need the service of a companion, their ticket is also half price. Proof of eligibility will be required. Patrons must state discounts and produce proof of eligibility at the time of booking, as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
Delivery
Tickets can be delivered via email for FREE, posted 2nd class for £3.00, or left for collection at Box Office on arrival.

Regardless of official film classification, children under 12 will not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult (18 years and over)
Venue Levy
Where applicable, advertised ticket prices are inclusive of a venue levy, retained by the venue to sustain and develop the programme of arts and culture in Shropshire.

Tickets may be exchanged no less than 48 hours in advance and subject to a fee and availability, ticket exchanges may be available for an alternative screening of the same film. This offer excludes group bookings of 10 or more tickets.
